Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance, together with a $5,000AUD security bond, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security bond is held as a standard precaution for the residence, furnishings and amenities. The bond is typically released within 3–5 business days following departure, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection.
